ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL

Bruce J. Kaye

For more than four decades, Bruce has served as a Principal and senior decision maker in the diverse field of investment real estate. He has a unique perspective of the market with expertise as a fee manager, owner and syndicator of all types of properties, including shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family residential developments, apartment buildings, industrial complexes, co-operatives and condominiums.  

As President of Kaye Realty Associates, Inc., Bruce’s focus was management-oriented, while acting as a consultant on behalf of private and institutional investors. Serving as the Executive Managing Director for Winick Realty Group, a New York City-based firm with national outreach specializing in “retail leasing,” he oversaw the Brokerage Services & Consulting divisions of the company. As a Certified Property Manager (CPM), he served as President of the New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as the organization’s Regional Vice President, and has twice received IREM’s prestigious “Outstanding Achievement Award” for his major contributions toward the advancement of professionalism in the field of real property management. Bruce has also served as a Director of the Real Estate Board of New York and as a Director of Westchester’s Apartment Owners Advisory Council.  

Actively involved in his community, he has been a trustee for the Floating Hospital of New York; a patron of New Destiny, a transitional housing program for victims of domestic violence; and a trustee of Operation Habitat, the United Nations’ global program to house the world’s homeless population.
